AI Agent Developer
Job Summary
To enhance enterprise productivity, the full-time AI Agent Developer will design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and workflows remotely from Arizona, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure secure and reliable integrations and operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and workflows using approved platforms and tools, translating business requirements into functional agent logic
- Integrate agents with enterprise tools and data sources, ensuring secure connectivity and data flow
- Develop and execute testing plans for agent behavior and reliability, while monitoring outputs and implementing improvements as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or 4 years equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience with APIs, application integration, cloud-based platforms, or workflow orchestration
- 3 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, workflow automation, or AI application development
- Experience with LLM-enabled applications, prompt design, or agent frameworks is preferred
- Relevant cloud, AI platform, or software engineering certifications are preferred
