To support the growth of an AI-first company, the full-time AI Agent Operations Consultant will manage the day-to-day operations of Luna, ensuring its accuracy and adoption while collaborating across teams to enhance customer success and product quality in a remote setting with light travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Run Luna's operating rhythm by monitoring agent quality, task completion, and escalations
- Utilize telemetry to identify issues and translate findings into actionable tasks for product improvement
- Drive customer adoption of Luna by providing training and support for effective use of the AI assistant
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software with ERP exposure
- Background in Customer Success, support, or consulting within an ERP environment
- Proven experience managing customer-facing AI agents
- Hands-on understanding of agentic AI workflows and integrations
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly for actionable insights
