Job Summary
To deliver client solutions and provide leadership for consultants, the full-time remote AI and Data Consultant Team Lead will manage billable client delivery focused on data engineering and AI implementation while also overseeing team performance and development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagement by clarifying requirements, estimating work, and communicating delivery options to stakeholders
- Build and enhance data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Microsoft Azure technologies, ensuring data quality and security
- Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching for consultants, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI with hands-on Microsoft Azure delivery
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring teams, including setting expectations and reviewing work
- Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience in platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
- Experience with AI integrations, data quality, and secure handling of client information
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
