AI Architect
Job Summary
To establish enterprise AI architecture and governance for healthcare solutions, the full-time AI Architect will work remotely, defining standards for LLM applications, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain reference architectures and solution blueprints for AI-enabled services across the organization
- Own platform and tooling selection for Azure AI and establish standard patterns for data management and ingestion
- Lead the AI Architecture Review process and advise teams on prompt design and evaluation methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years in software/solution architecture with 5+ years in AI/ML systems and 2+ years leading enterprise AI architecture initiatives
- Deep experience with Azure AI services and hands-on architectural experience with OpenAI or Anthropic models
- Demonstrated leadership in Responsible AI practices and familiarity with HIPAA-aligned design patterns
- Fluency in data platforms such as Databricks and understanding of MLOps standards for model deployment
