Designing and deploying production AI applications, the full-time AI Architect will work remotely to create secure, maintainable solutions that support legal practice and firm operations while collaborating with project teams to meet client needs.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI applications and integrations that enhance legal workflows
- Evaluate and select models, platforms, and tools, making recommendations for the most effective solutions
- Implement security measures and monitor deployed solutions for usage, cost, and performance issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Six years of relevant experience in designing and deploying AI-powered systems
- Hands-on experience with production-quality code in languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with low-code orchestration platforms and API integrations
- Familiarity with AI platforms and models, including local large language model deployment
