Job Summary
Designing and implementing AI-enabled integrations and automation solutions, the full-time AI Automation Developer will improve the efficiency and quality of Managed Services operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and maintains AI-enabled automations, integrations, and workflow solutions
- Analyzes operational challenges to identify and implement effective automation solutions
- Collaborates with technical and operational stakeholders to validate outcomes and improve service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in developing automations, integrations, and workflows in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with automation tools or languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
- Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation solutions
- Understanding of Managed Services operations and ITIL practices is preferred
