AI & Automation Developer
Job Summary
To support a growing corporate environment, the full-time AI & Automation Developer will develop conversational agents, automate business processes, and connect systems using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate while working remotely during Eastern Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain conversational agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio to assist employees with routine tasks through Microsoft Teams
- Create Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual data entry
- Utilize APIs and SQL Server to facilitate data exchange between agents, workflows, and business applications
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience creating workflows in Microsoft Power Automate, including triggers and error handling
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL for database management
- Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and application connectivity
- Curiosity and initiative to learn new tools and technologies
