Job Summary
Seeking an exceptional AI Automation Engineer, the full-time remote position will rapidly build working solutions for internal teams, focusing on developing LLM-powered tools and integrating systems while collaborating closely with various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Build ad-hoc LLM-powered tools for document processing, data extraction, and internal chat interfaces
- Integrate internal systems via APIs and connectors such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack
- Transform prototypes into user-friendly solutions for non-technical teams and facilitate handoff to support
Required qualifications
- Strong engineering background in Python (or TypeScript), APIs, SQL, and git
- Hands-on production experience with LLMs, including prompting and structured output
- Daily use of AI coding agents as a core part of work processes
- Ability to define problems, choose technology stacks, and deliver solutions autonomously
- Experience in fintech or payments is a plus, particularly with compliance and sensitive data handling
