Key Responsibilities
- Partner with process owners to map current workflows, identifying high-value automation opportunities
- Define metrics for automation projects and measure outcomes post-implementation
- Build and automate workflows using AI agents, APIs, and scripting, transitioning from prototype to production
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in a technical, operations, or automation-focused role
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language and experience with API integrations
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling such as Claude or N8N
- In-depth knowledge of at least one enterprise business system and its data model
- Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
