AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support the adaptation of automation routines, the full-time AI Automation Engineer will transform Claude Code into reliable, unattended processes for engineering teams, working remotely while collaborating with subject matter experts and managing the entire workflow from discovery to handover.

Key responsibilities:

• Run a one-week discovery to analyze the reference routine and support queue, documenting necessary details for adaptation
• Propose and present adapted design alternatives covering JQL scope, classification rules, and permissions to the client's approver
• Build and test the routine, ensuring proper documentation and training for platform engineers on its functionality and maintenance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including production C# and .NET code
• 1+ year of hands-on experience building LLM agents or automations
• Proven delivery of Claude skills or Claude Code automations used by a real team
• Experience with Jira Service Management, including JQL and the service desk REST API
