Job Summary
Leading the delivery and implementation of AI and automation solutions, the full-time remote AI & Automation Lifecycle Manager will execute the organization's AI strategy, oversee solution deployment, and monitor AI performance while fostering innovation and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support the delivery of the organization's AI and automation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Oversee the deployment of AI solutions, including machine learning models and natural language processing applications
- Establish metrics and processes to monitor the performance and impact of AI solutions, directing adjustments to optimize outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of related IT experience with a strong understanding of data science and integration technologies
- 3 years of experience managing enterprise software development teams
- Knowledge of clinical data integration and experience with database management and data warehousing
- Expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning and deep learning, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
