Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote AI Automation Specialist will independently identify, build, and maintain AI agents and automations, collaborating with department leaders to streamline processes and deliver reliable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design, build, test, and improve AI agents and workflows, integrating them with relevant tools and data sources
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring reliability and effective documentation of changes and issues
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in designing and building complex production automations and AI systems
- Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, or similar models for AI solutions
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for integrations and workflow logic
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and reliable error handling
- Ability to manage work independently in a remote environment with Eastern Time overlap
