AI Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the AI Business Analyst will manage the rollout of sales automation and custom AI programs, documenting current processes, designing future workflows, and writing requirements for development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the configuration and release plan for the Aviso platform, leading it from pilot through launch
- Serve as the business owner for the Zaigo Labs Control Desk program, mapping workflows and managing software delivery
- Document current processes and design future-state workflows while facilitating user acceptance testing and training sessions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Three or more years of experience as a business analyst, sales operations analyst, or implementation consultant
- Hands-on experience with Aviso or similar revenue platforms, demonstrating process transformation skills
- Experience managing development partners through discovery, build, testing, and handoff phases
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and experience with CRM or ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite
