AI Change Management Leader

Job Summary

Driving the hands-on activation and sustained adoption of AI-enabled solutions, the full-time remote AI Change Management Leader will manage the execution of a standardized change management playbook, oversee context management processes, and facilitate training to ensure effective AI transformation across the Gas Power Services business.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and improve the change management playbook for GenAI initiatives, ensuring readiness and measurable business impact
• Own the Context Management process to capture and maintain fleet, unit, and site-specific business context for AI solutions
• Design and facilitate activation workshops and develop training materials to support end-user adoption of AI-enabled solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in change management, adoption, or operational readiness within complex organizations
• 5+ years of experience in Services, Supply Chain, or industrial operations roles
• Demonstrated experience leading change management for large-scale transformation projects
• Strong understanding of business process flows and operational data structures in field services environments
