Job Summary
To support the development of an emerging Professional Services practice, the remote Associate Consultant, AI Professional Services will partner with internal teams to implement AI-driven process automation, build client-facing delivery frameworks, and document workflows for effective adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to map workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency
- Develop, test, and implement AI-powered tools and integrations, ensuring proper documentation for user adoption
- Assist in building delivery methods and engagement materials for external client consulting engagements
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in professional services, management consulting, or business operations
- Proficiency with AI tools and automation platforms, demonstrating practical application in problem-solving
- Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate various tools effectively
- Experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, energy, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of creating structure and processes from scratch
