AI Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration, the full-time Associate Consultant in AI Professional Services will partner with internal teams to develop and implement AI-driven process automation, while also contributing to the growth of the Professional Services practice for external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Map current workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Build, test, and implement AI-powered tools and automations, documenting new processes and supporting user adoption
- Assist in developing delivery methods and materials for client-facing engagements as the Professional Services practice evolves
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in professional services, management consulting, or a similar client-facing role
- Proficiency with AI tools and automation platforms, demonstrating practical application in problem-solving
- Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate various tools effectively
- Experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, energy, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to building processes and templates
