AI Content Manager

Job Summary

Leading the creative vision for AI-generated content, the full-time AI Content Manager will develop flagship video campaigns, manage a team of freelance creators, and utilize performance data to guide creative decisions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the creative vision for AI-made video and visuals, including flagship campaign pieces from concept to final cut
• Manage the creator bench by finding, briefing, directing, and enhancing the work of freelancers and contractors
• Establish and refine the creative testing loop in collaboration with Demand Generation to determine which concepts scale effectively

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in creative production or direction, including 2+ years of experience directing other creators or managing teams
• Proven portfolio of finished AI video work demonstrating end-to-end direction skills
• Strong command of AI video tools such as Runway and Higgsfield
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance the work of other creators
• Willingness to study and understand audience preferences, particularly in the context of dental content
