Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time AI Content Moderation Lead will oversee a group of moderators, manage workflows, and ensure quality control for AI-generated content while scaling the team and enhancing moderation processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Organizing workflows and overseeing quality and productivity for the AI content moderation team
- Scaling the team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new members
- Running quality control for AI-generated content and preparing weekly performance reports
Required qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Moderation Lead or in a similar role
- Background in subscription-based consumer apps or Trust & Safety-heavy products
- Experience with workforce planning and shift scheduling
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and basic analytics capabilities
- Comfort working with NSFW content and managing sensitive data hygiene
