Job Summary
To support the development of an innovative AI platform, the full-time AI Conversation Designer will work remotely to design prompt architectures, manage subagent workflows, and train AI capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design the architecture for specialized subagents within live customer conversations, focusing on various technical and operational tasks
- Build routing systems to optimize responses and determine when to engage subagents or escalate to human intervention
- Master the dialogue platform and train others on effective prompting techniques and workflows
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI agents, LLMs, conversation design, or related fields
- Strong command of language with the ability to diagnose and improve conversational responses
- Mastery of LLM prompting, particularly with OpenAI and Anthropic models, including hands-on API experience
- Technical proficiency in prototyping, including light coding skills (e.g., Python) and API integration
- Additional skills in copywriting, data science, or software engineering are a plus
