Job Summary

Building an AI-powered creative production engine from the ground up, the full-time remote AI Creative Production Manager will manage the entire creative pipeline, utilizing generative AI tools to produce various content types, including static ads, videos, and educational materials, while ensuring compliance and optimizing performance across marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full creative production pipeline from concept to completion, utilizing generative AI tools for asset development
• Produce and edit AI-generated video content and educational materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Execute structured A/B testing and monitor performance metrics to optimize creative output and marketing effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in performance creative or growth marketing, with a focus on using AI tools for content production
• Proven ability to execute paid creative programs across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Strong portfolio of AI-generated creative work, including static ads and video content
• Familiarity with healthcare advertising compliance requirements is a plus
