AI Creative Strategist

Job Summary

To support a growing organic growth channel, the full-time AI Creative Strategist will develop characters and content strategies for social media pages in the supplement space, focusing on creating engaging content that drives sales and builds trust with diverse demographics, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create AI avatars and determine their messaging for targeted demographics
• Generate daily ideas and write scripts for short-form organic Reels across multiple social media accounts
• Analyze performance data to refine content strategies and scale successful concepts

Required qualifications

• Experience in direct-response Meta advertising, preferably in supplements or health-related sectors
• Strong background in direct-response copywriting with a focus on developing hooks and angles
• Ability to create messaging tailored to diverse demographic groups
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield and Google Flow Omni
• Experience in producing a high volume of creative assets, ideally hundreds or thousands per month
