AI Cyber Security Engineer
Job Summary
Hands-on and technically proficient, the full-time remote AI Cyber Security Engineer will design, implement, and operate security controls for AI workloads, ensuring resilience against adversarial threats and data manipulation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and operate detection capabilities for AI-specific threats and engineer automated response playbooks for security incidents
- Implement security controls across AI development platforms and secure model training environments
- Conduct technical risk assessments of AI systems and develop AI security standards and guidelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, software engineering, and/or AI/ML systems
- Expertise in AI/ML security, cloud security engineering, and application security
- Hands-on proficiency with Python and experience building production security tooling
- Knowledge of AI security frameworks such as MITRE ATLAS and OWASP AI Top 10
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related technical field
