AI Cybersecurity Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer in AI Cybersecurity, the successful candidate will lead technical onboarding and implementation efforts, serve as the primary post-sales technical contact for customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term partnerships in the AI security market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, including planning and success metrics
- Own the post-sales relationship from a technical standpoint, acting as the main point of contact for customer engineering teams
- Develop and execute structured implementation plans to ensure quick and reliable achievement of First Time to Value for customers
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in a Post-Sales technical role (e.g., TAM, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant)
- Experience building and/or deploying AI Systems/Applications
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure (e.g., networking, containers, security protocols)
- Experience leading technical deployments in on-prem, hybrid, or complex SaaS environments
- Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries, particularly in AI/ML or cybersecurity
