Job Summary
Seeking an entrepreneurial AI Data Analyst in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will develop and lead a proprietary merchant lead-intelligence platform by analyzing sales-call recordings, designing lead-scoring methodologies, and integrating qualitative insights into quantitative predictions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the overall research, data, and AI strategy for the merchant lead-intelligence platform
- Analyze recorded sales conversations using natural-language processing and qualitative research to identify key merchant characteristics and behaviors
- Create a structured framework for extracting relevant information from calls and establish reliable labeling and quality-control procedures
Required qualifications
- Advanced training or equivalent professional experience in data science, applied statistics, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated experience with predictive modeling, lead scoring, or customer analytics
- Strong Python and SQL capabilities
- Experience working with unstructured text and natural-language processing
- Understanding of experimental design and model evaluation techniques
