AI Data Project Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Owning the successful execution of complex AI data projects, the full-time Delivery Lead will manage virtual, cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining strong client relationships in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across a complex portfolio of projects, ensuring data quality, timelines, and client outcomes
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues while stepping in as a hands-on Delivery Project Manager when necessary
• Drive operational excellence by overseeing planning, resource allocation, project reporting, and execution standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in the AI space, particularly within startups, managing teams or projects at scale
• Experience managing complex projects, including discovery, scope planning, and implementation
• Client-facing experience with a consulting background at levels such as Engagement Manager or Associate Partner
• Deep understanding of AI and GenAI technologies, along with basic knowledge of statistics, ML, and data science
• Background in STEM, with a BS or MS in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related fields
