AI Delivery Lead
Job Summary
Driving the adoption of AI-assisted development practices, the full-time AI Delivery Lead will collaborate with Engineering, SQA, Product Management, Architecture, and DevOps to enhance software delivery processes and improve engineering productivity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of AI-assisted development practices across Engineering teams to improve software delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle to enhance planning and execution
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation to reduce manual activities and streamline processes
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading software delivery across Engineering, Product, SQA, Architecture, and DevOps teams
- Demonstrated ability to introduce and scale AI-assisted development practices with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes
- Experience in managing complex initiatives and communicating effectively with senior leadership
- Practical knowledge of AI-assisted software development tools and workflows
