AI Deployment Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing enterprise portfolio, the full-time remote AI Deployment Manager will help establish and manage the Scale ADM motion, utilizing agentic workflows to enhance customer outcomes and drive value realization across hundreds of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Found and run the Scale ADM motion across a wide enterprise portfolio
• Utilize agentic workflows to triage health, prioritize outreach, and optimize human resource allocation
• Drive value realization to support retention and expansion, including deepening adoption and identifying growth opportunities

Required qualifications

• Experience in high-velocity, multi-customer environments with a focus on building operational frameworks
• Proficient understanding of product fluency, particularly in AI technologies
• Background in customer success or related post-sales roles with a focus on driving customer outcomes
• Ability to manage accounts and relationships effectively to identify whitespace and growth paths
• Experience designing workflows involving agents as collaborative tools
