AI Deployment Strategist
Job Summary
Collaborating cross-functionally, the full-time AI Deployment Strategist will design and deploy production-ready AI agents for strategic customers, ensuring rapid integration and enhancing product capabilities in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-ready AI agents, integrating with customer CRMs and telephony systems using Python and TypeScript
- Engineer voice experiences by tuning speech synthesis and turn-taking to meet customer requirements
- Capture product gaps and provide structured feedback to Engineering while transitioning successful pilots to Professional Services with clear documentation
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles with experience in shipping complex SaaS or AI/ML solutions
- Proven ability to deploy LLM-based agents into production environments
- Expertise in voice stack technologies, including ASR and TTS, with experience tuning major providers
- Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of TypeScript or Go for building production integrations
- Familiarity with contact center technologies or AI agent platforms, and experience in regulated industries is a plus
