Job Summary
Designing and delivering user-centered experiences for AI-driven features, the full-time AI Designer will work remotely to create intuitive workflows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user experiences for AI-driven features, ensuring clarity and intuitiveness in user interactions
- Create workflows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate AI capabilities and support user task completion
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for design improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or product design
- Fluency with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
- Experience designing accessible user experiences consistent with WCAG principles
- Strong user research skills with the ability to conduct feature-level research independently
