Job Summary
To support the development of next-generation AI solutions in the healthcare payer space, the full-time remote AI Developer will design, build, and deploy agentic and multi-agent AI systems, integrating them with internal data and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI applications using AWS AgentCore, focusing on orchestration and multi-step reasoning workflows
- Develop and maintain production-grade Python services and data pipelines that integrate AI agents with healthcare payer data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into secure, production-ready AI solutions while ensuring compliance with data security standards
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in software/AI development, specifically with agentic or multi-agent AI systems
- Proficiency in Python, including API development and integration with LLM frameworks
- Experience with AWS AgentCore or similar agent orchestration frameworks and core AWS services
- Familiarity with Databricks and/or Snowflake for data access and pipeline development
- Understanding of data security fundamentals and experience operating in a regulated environment
