Job Summary
To enhance the resilience of the enterprise IT ecosystem, the remote AI-Enabled Manager will lead the transition to proactive, self-healing operations by optimizing monitoring solutions and implementing predictive failure analysis while managing a team of engineers and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage enterprise monitoring solutions, focusing on SolarWinds Orion and Microsoft SCOM
- Implement agentic AI workflows for predictive failure analysis and automated remediation
- Monitor AI model performance and collaborate with engineering teams for workload optimization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise monitoring or reliability engineering solutions
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and large-scale automation projects
- Deep expertise in Microsoft SCOM and SolarWinds Orion administration
- Strong skills in network automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and scripting languages
