AI Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Enablement Engineer will build, deploy, and support AI tools and workflows, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions integrated with platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
Key responsibilities
- Help build and ship AI-powered tools, including API integrations and user-facing interfaces
- Monitor system health and support internal users while investigating incidents under the guidance of senior engineers
- Contribute to the development of LLM pipelines and ensure security-first practices are followed
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of software development experience, with exposure to LLM/generative AI features
- Proficient in Python and familiar with REST APIs and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React with TypeScript)
- 1+ years of experience with AWS and/or Azure, with certifications being a plus
- Experience with LLM tool-calling or agent frameworks and workflow/automation platforms
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals, including prompt design and output validation
