AI Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
To support the rollout of enterprise AI tools, the remote AI Enablement Engineer will embed with business teams to understand their workflows, create proof of concepts, and develop reusable patterns that enhance productivity through AI integration.
Key responsibilities
- Support the technical rollout of enterprise AI tools, including onboarding and addressing access issues
- Embed with business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow reimagination and build proof of concepts
- Develop reusable AI patterns and templates to facilitate self-service capabilities across teams
Required qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency with enterprise AI tools, particularly M365 Copilot and Claude
- Strong engineering background with the ability to prototype and build integrations
- Experience in designing reusable solutions for multiple teams rather than one-off projects
- Ability to work closely with business teams to deeply understand and redesign workflows
- Curiosity and adaptability in evaluating and adopting new AI tools and capabilities
