Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Enablement Engineer will build, deploy, and support AI tools and workflows, collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure scalable solutions that integrate with platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
Key responsibilities
- Help build and ship AI-powered tools, including integrations, workflows, and user interfaces
- Monitor system health and support internal users while investigating incidents with guidance from senior engineers
- Contribute to the development of LLM pipelines and ensure secure integration with enterprise platforms
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of software development experience, including exposure to LLM/generative AI features
- Proficient in Python with familiarity in REST APIs and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React with TypeScript)
- 1+ years of experience with AWS and/or Azure, with related certifications being a plus
- Experience with LLM tool-calling, agent frameworks, and workflow/automation platforms
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals, including RAG, embeddings, and prompt design
