Job Summary
To make AI a default part of operations, the full-time AI Enablement Lead will embed with teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, manage onboarding and training programs, and develop workflows that enhance productivity in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the adoption of AI tools across teams by designing and implementing onboarding and training programs
- Diagnose workflow challenges and translate them into practical AI-powered solutions, either by building tools or coaching team members
- Establish and maintain quality standards for AI-assisted work, ensuring compliance and effective communication of policies
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technology enablement, learning and development, or related fields
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs that improve tool adoption and productivity
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, integrations, or automated workflows
- Ability to partner with business teams to identify and address workflow improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and manage programs independently
