AI Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote AI Enablement Specialist will provide hands-on AI support, troubleshoot issues, and develop reusable skills and workflows, ensuring effective use of AI tools across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct 1-on-1 enablement sessions with teammates to improve their workflows and resolve AI-related challenges
- Perform live troubleshooting of AI tools and connections, guiding users through solutions in real time
- Develop and maintain reusable skills, prompts, and workflows that integrate various services and platforms
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or Associate Degree
- Experience in remote tech support or consulting, with a focus on problem-solving
- Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude Code and Claude Desktop, with hands-on experience in connecting and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace as a power user
- Ability to learn quickly and independently, with a passion for exploring new tools and technologies
