AI Enablement & Transformation Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate and hands-on Head of AI Enablement & Transformation, this full-time remote position will manage the consolidation and governance of AI initiatives across the company, focusing on building AI capabilities, leading enablement sessions, and redesigning workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Building and shipping AI capabilities, including prototypes and evaluation frameworks, while writing code regularly
• Leading hands-on enablement sessions and developing role-specific playbooks to drive AI adoption across the organization
• Owning the AI scorecard and managing the use-case pipeline from intake to rollout, ensuring quality and adherence to governance policies

Required qualifications:

• A track record of building and shipping AI systems or tools within the last twelve months
• At least 7 years of experience in technology, operations, or transformation roles, including 2 years of applied generative AI work
• Fluency with the current LLM ecosystem and scripting or coding ability for prototyping and integration
• Demonstrated success in rolling out AI or automation across a non-technical workforce with measurable results
• Experience establishing governance and responsible-AI policies in a live operating environment
