AI Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly technical and hands-on AI Engineer, the full-time position offers the opportunity to develop and improve internal AI tooling and platform capabilities while working remotely or from New York or Atlanta.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal AI tooling, platform capabilities, and AI-enabled product functionality
- Build LLM-powered solutions using prompt engineering, context engineering, and generative AI
- Create and maintain AI harnesses, evaluation frameworks, and testing frameworks to measure quality and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field
- 3+ years of backend software development experience with a strong AI/ML focus
- Experience with generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering and API integrations
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms such as regression models and neural networks
- Proficiency with AWS infrastructure, including EC2 and S3
