AI Engineer

Job Summary

To build and operate production agent systems focused on orchestration, search, and retrieval, the full-time AI Engineer will develop backend systems that enable agents to retrieve relevant information and complete workflows reliably in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance production LLM agents and their orchestration layer
• Design tool-calling systems, including interfaces, validation, and error handling
• Develop retrieval pipelines and implement repeatable evaluations to measure agent performance

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with building and operating LLM agent systems in production
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals with proficiency in TypeScript or a similar language
• Practical experience in designing agent orchestration and state management
• Understanding of retrieval systems and the integration of filtering, keyword search, and embeddings
• Experience with asynchronous processing and creating reliable workflows
