AI Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a driven Mid-Senior AI Engineer, this full-time remote position will focus on building and managing AI applications, optimizing RAG pipelines, and collaborating with product teams to develop intelligent features that enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage AI agents using modern technologies while ensuring robust performance and safety
- Develop and optimize complex RAG pipelines for high recall and precision in AI applications
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications and build reliable AI features
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, including 18+ months on AI-powered features or applications
- Hands-on experience building AI applications and integrating LLM-based features in production
- Strong familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate
- Proficiency in backend development with experience in Postgres and asynchronous programming languages
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field
