AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development and delivery of AI/ML systems, the full-time AI Engineer will build and ship features, maintain pipelines, and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship features of AI/ML systems with guidance from senior engineers, ensuring production readiness
- Implement and maintain components of AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing and model evaluation
- Document experiments and model decisions clearly, participating in code reviews and team discussions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on exposure to AI/ML systems
- Solid software engineering foundation, particularly in Python or similar languages
- Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and interest in deepening AWS expertise
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, orchestration tools, and evaluation practices for LLM applications
- Experience building or integrating with APIs, including internal and third-party services
