AI Engineer

Job Summary

To create dependable AI experiences, the fully remote AI Engineer will bridge machine learning, software engineering, and product development, focusing on building and deploying production AI capabilities that enhance user interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship production AI capabilities that integrate model intelligence with user experiences
• Develop and improve large language model (LLM) systems, ensuring consistent and reliable application behavior
• Collaborate across product and engineering teams to transform complex challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions

Required qualifications

• Strong foundation in machine learning, neural networks, and modern model architectures
• Hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models
• Proficient in Python and familiar with frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
• Applied experience with LLM systems, including prompts, tools, and agent workflows
• Demonstrated engineering judgment and ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects
