Job Summary
Driving the development of advanced AI solutions, the remote AI Engineer will oversee enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and cloud system architecture while collaborating with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development of RAG pipelines, semantic chunking strategies, and vector database integrations
- Implement evaluation frameworks to monitor production latency, API costs, and model accuracy
- Drive the design and maintenance of secure, scalable cloud systems on AWS
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph or LangChain for building complex workflows
- Proven experience managing production infrastructure on AWS
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like AWS CDK or Terraform
