Job Summary

Required qualifications
- Experience shipping agents and agentic applications into production
- Proven ability to tune and optimize agents for improved accuracy
- Familiarity with benchmarking results against existing datasets
- Hands-on experience with experiments and evaluations in AI frameworks
- Strong understanding of agent learning features and self-improvement mechanisms
