AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Digital Health Technology team, the remote AI Engineer will innovate device integration patterns, develop cross-platform data pipelines, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of connected medical devices into production systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end technical integrations for connected devices, including mobile SDKs and vendor APIs
- Develop reusable integration patterns to accelerate time-to-integration and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate integrations and document methodologies for faster deployment of future devices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems, including APIs and data pipelines
- Background in digital health or connected medical devices preferred
- Strong Python skills, with the ability to work across additional programming languages
- Experience with containerization, cloud data infrastructure, and integrating mobile SDKs and vendor APIs
