AI Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time AI Engineer to manage the technical operation and continuous improvement of AI phone agents for patient calls, working remotely while ensuring quality and HIPAA compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical liaison between Nsight and the IVA provider, translating clinical requirements and managing performance against compliance standards
- Configure and optimize AI phone agents to meet clinical goals, collaborating with the provider on tuning and accuracy
- Build alerting layers and quality intelligence pipelines to proactively identify and address issues in AI operations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of ML or AI engineering experience, including 2 years with production LLM integrations
- Deep expertise in NLP/NLU, including intent recognition and entity extraction in production environments
- Experience with voice AI technologies such as speech-to-text and conversational AI
- Fluency in healthcare data, including claims data and EHR data models, with experience in HIPAA-covered environments
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent system design and familiarity with telephony platforms like Twilio
