AI Engineer
Job Summary
As an AI Engineer in Agent Factory, the full-time remote position will develop and integrate intelligent feature layers for AI agents, focusing on orchestration and product delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and integrate intelligent features for AI agents, ensuring effective orchestration and delivery
- Build and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and orchestration frameworks
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to create user-centric features embedded in the Workday platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record in production code development
- 1+ years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI orchestration concepts
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in API integration and backend application development
- Strong proficiency in core development languages such as Python and familiarity with modern software engineering workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's preferred
