AI Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Engineer - Finance will partner with finance teams to identify AI use cases, build solutions, and teach team members to enhance productivity and efficiency in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to understand workflows and identify AI-driven improvement opportunities
- Teach and enable Finance team members to adopt AI tools and build their own solutions over time
- Collaborate with stakeholders to quantify use-case value, prioritize engagements, and measure post-deployment impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, applied ML/AI, or solutions engineering
- Proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI/ML tooling
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of accounting principles and the financial close process is a plus
