AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of agentic collaboration and trust, the full-time AI Engineer will create new capabilities for monitoring and evaluating agents, perform classical ML tasks, and contribute production-ready code in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create frameworks for monitoring, guardrailing, and evaluating agentic capabilities
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model fine-tuning using the latest frameworks
- Collaborate with Product and Research teams to translate AI research into applicable software features
Required Qualifications
- MSc in Computer Science or related field with exposure to AI/ML
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, or AI security
- Strong programming skills in Python and relevant ML or agentic frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with end-to-end ownership
- Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies as needed
