AI Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders to deliver impactful AI solutions, the full-time remote AI Engineer will design, build, and support AI applications while translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess workflows and translate business needs into AI solution architectures and user stories
• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents, workflow automations, and integrations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure services
• Implement software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including testing, documentation, and operational support for AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Three or more years of experience in software engineering or AI solution delivery, with at least one year focused on AI applications
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure solutions, and relevant programming languages such as Python or C#
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including security, maintainability, and testing practices
• Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and integration patterns
